Midnight Dance

Last night, I stayed up until two in the morning with my sister to choreograph five eights for prom night dance. I'd say the moves are pretty...unique. Let's not say that in the most positive meaning, since by unique, I meant different from what others would expect of hip hop. I just like trying new things, and using the same way to shake and move in a dance would make me feel bored, not to mention unoriginal.

The music? It's undecided. Te Wu J by Jolin Tsai is within my considerations, though. They have the sound effects I want for the dance, but it's not my dance alone. I'm working with others, so we must compromise. Life's all about satisfaction, anyway.

I had a glorious time with my sister. Dancing, singing, acting retarded, and taking an idiotic video of ourselves goofing around! It felt good. Staying up at night never seemed more fun. Probably because of the huge glass of green tea my sister fed me earlier that night.

So far, the dance is coming along well, and I had a chat with my partner today. Then I wasted my day in front of the computer, learning Jolin Tsai's Ri Bu Luo and Zhang Dong Liang's Wang Zi.

I love Ri Bu Luo! There is a cheerful and lighthearted sound to the music, and Jolin's cute voice is just perfect! She totally brings out the loveliness of the song. I felt instantaneous happiness when I heard it. She might not have been the best singer at first, but she sure has improved a lot. Except that some of her songs are more on the...sultry side. Doesn't matter, they're good for dancing to anyway.

I watched a part of S.H.E's concert today. I still marvel at their beauty and the strength of friendship they portray. It's like they really are best of friends! Coincidence much? But still, there's just this indescribable feeling about the three girls that draw me to them. They have this aura that is so...happy.

Sigh~

I gotta go study my chinese if I want to do well for my O Levels.
